This initiative provides residents with practical tools and guided mentorship to develop skills in Quality Improvement and Patient Safety, supporting safer, higher-quality patient care. What’s included:
- A virtual workshop on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 from 3:30–5:00 PM
- Completion of a Patient Safety Event (PSE) analysis by February 17, 2026
- A 1-hour virtual discussion with a QIPS mentor by March 6, 2026
- Total Estimated Time: 5.5 hours – Workshop (1.5 hours) / PSE Analysis (3 hours) / Mentorship (1 hour)
