The Bounceback Program: Effective tools to make beneficial changes to your mental wellbeing

June 16, 2020

An old growth tree, thought to be 700+ years old, sits deep in the Seymour Valley after escaping the long history of logging in the area. North Vancouver, BC

The Bounceback Program is designed and facilitated by the Canadian Mental Health Association to provide tools and skills to help you manage your mental heath. The program is facilitated online with workbooks, activities, and videos, as well as access to an online coach. The program is free of charge.
