Over a year ago, I wrote an article for the online media organization Trail Sisters, which works to increase inclusivity and accessibility for women accessing trails. This article looks into continuing to work through challenging situations in the face of self doubt.
Particularly in the stress and uncertainty of the pandemic, I think reflecting on moving forward despite any self-doubt we may feel can remind us that we can in fact do hard things.
